Q: How does the program work?

A: First we discuss with you what your staffing needs are, and how we can best serve you. After determining your needs, we present a plan of action with an advisor consultant to represent your best interest. Each of our advisor consultant’s background educational levels exceeds our standard educational requirements.

A: After we make an assessment of your needs “The Educator Consultant Firm” will provide and discuss some workable solutions between us and the client . After both parties come to an agreement, we present the client with a contract agreement and state the terms of the contact.  

Q: What are the educational credentials of most advisor consultants employed by the educator consultant firm?   

A: Each advisor consultant may hold up to 3 to 5 certification licenses and hold a bachelors degree, Masters degree or Ph.Ds , some have MD’s.

Q: How long does the contract last ?

A: The educator consultant firm contracts terms vary based on the needs of the client. A contract could be presented to clients to work for three, six, or nine months, unless either party terminates the contract prior written notice upon 180 days.

Q: How are clients paid ?

A: Each client works billable hours totaling 40 hours per week. Each client will turn in a time card to the payroll department at the end of each period and paid bi weekly.
